At what time the room will be available?

Our goal is reducing more as possible your waiting times! If your room wasn't used the night before your arrival, you'll find the room ready from the morning. If not, the room will be clean for you when it will be free, with the best care for a perfect cleaning and a complete tidy of the room. The check-out time is at 12:00 noon of the departure day, so within 14:00h the room will be clean and ready to your disposal. 

 

Until what time can I stay in my room on departure day? 

The check-out time is at 12:00h noon on the day of departure. On request and subject to availability, we can arrange a late check-out (for exemple to use the room until 18:00h evening). This possibility must be verified and accorded by the reception and can have an extra charge (Day Use).

 

Which credit cards can I use?

You can pay with the same cards that can be used at reception: Visa, MasterCard/Maestro, Amex and Dina Cards. 

Also if your card does not have sufficient funds to cover expenses of the Hotel, your reservation (for example non-refundable) will not be guaranteed. Be careful not to use any special characters in the boxes for name and card number, e.g. (.) (,) (-) (/) (:).

 

Until what time can I have breakfast? 

We are glad to inform you that our breakfast is served from 7:00h until 10:00h. This means that you can sleep for a more long time and you'll always find a rich breakfast to your disposal. 

 

Where can I park my car?

Hotel Rex has its own parking is free for hotel guests. We suggest to make reservation because it is a subject to availability. Also there is a parking lot 100 meters away, in a garage. Garage parking is an additional cost.

 

Is the hotel open all year round? Is the restaurant always open?

The Hotel Rex is open 365 days a year and also the Restaurant is open all year round. Restaurant working hours 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM. 


What's the rooms size?

Rooms are 24 sq. m. including the bathroom, the entrance hallway and the bedroom. The Junior Suites sizes go from 43 sq. m.

 

My arrival may be delayed. What time does the hotel reception desk close?

The hotel reception desk is open 24 hours but please contact the hotel directly if you expect to arrive late. All the reservations we keep until 20:00h and if we do not have information about your late arrival the room can be sold.

 

Can I reserve a non-smoking room?

Yes. Simply select 'Non-smoking' when choosing your room type. If this option does not appear, please enter "Non-smoking room required" in the 'Special Requests' column.

Please note that we may not be able to fulfill requests depending on availability.

 

Do you have connected rooms?

No, you can reserve JUNIOR SUITE FAMILY ROOM (the living room have a sofa bed for children). This is the ideal solution for families with small children.

 

What kind of service does the restaurant offer?

The Restaurant of the Hotel Rex has a very long tradition of high level service and high quality cuisine. It's possible to have dinner choosing between a rich variety of dishes from the menu à la carte. For guests who reserved half board or full board (for dinner) we propose a menu composed of 3 dishes (starter, main dish and dessert).

 

What does Full Board mean?

Full Board means you have accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner in our restaurant which is open from 07:00 to 23:00. Breakfast is from 07-10h, lunch from 12-15h and dinner from 18-21h.

 

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have a fiber-optic internet connection and you can browse for free from your room and from common areas. To use the Wi-Fi you have to ask the access password to the reception.

 

What should I do if I haven't received my receipt by e-mail?

If you haven't received a receipt for your stay via e-mail, you must contact the hotel by e-mail or telephone.

 

What should I do with my room key?

You can leave your room key at reception.

 

Are pets allowed?

In the Hotel Rex it's possible to stay in the rooms with pets, respecting the other hotel guests. That's why is not possible to access to some internal and external common areas such as the restaurant and the breakfast room. Be advised that only pets up to 10 kg is allowed. The surcharge for pet is 8,00 Euro per night.
